about Bluba
BLUBA Studio is a brand founded by Kajetan Luteracki, a graduate of the Faculty of Design at Lodz University of Technology and the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. The studio focuses on designing and producing interior lighting. BLAMPAS, the objects created by BLUBA Studio, not only illuminate spaces but also invite to relax. Utilizing 3D printing technology, BLUBA Studio creates unique, modular lamps that inspire and delight.
The series of illuminating objects - BLAMPAS - is inspired by the Memphis Group style. In this project, geometrically drawn arcs build an odd, cosmic form, complemented by softly diffused, colorful light. This combination creates an effect of illusion and flicker that hypnotically encourages interaction.
During the day, BLAMPAS are neutral interior accents. They do not dominate the space and are subtle in perception. However, in the evening the shape of BLAMPAS fills with atmospheric light. The form of BLAMPAS comes to life, emitting a mesmerizing atmosphere.
BLUBA Studio uses biodegradable filaments (printing materials) such as PLA – a biopolymer made from cornstarch. The brand offers its customers the ability to modify and personalize their products and encourages extending their lifespan through repairs.
Bold design meets the philosophy of slow living – creating a stylish yet comfortable interior for years to come, where time is spent unhurriedly. The products are made in small quantities or to order, without overproduction and with respect for the environment.
